Terminal Facilities

The Southern Cross Transport Terminal (SCTT) is a private transport terminal, operated to provide warehouse and truck parking facilities, together with value added services, for tenants.


There are six main warehouse sheds, each divided into four separate units measuring approximately 15m x 16m.  All units incorporate double sliding doors at the front, enabling easy and clear access for most vehicles.

  • 8 sheds have front and rear double doors.
  • Most units incorporate a small demountable office.
  • A Fire hydrant reel and fire extinguisher are located in each unit.
  • Telephone and fax lines are available for each unit internal partitions may be removed to cater for multiple unit rental.


The Caltex ‘Diesel Stop’ Service Station is focused on transport operators, with Hi Flow pumps and multiple diesel dispensing bays.

Operated by South West Fuel, the hours of operation are 5am to 9pm Weekdays and Saturdays 7am to 1pm.

  • 24 hour access to fuel is provided via swipe card facilities.
  • Cars are also welcome at the separate ULP petrol bowsers.
  • A Convenience store caters for supplementary needs.

Southwest Fuel also operates the Weigh bridge.  This 80 tonne capacity, 26 metre twin platform Licenced Public Weighbridge is available from 5am – 9pm weekdays; 7am – 1pm Saturday.  Other times by arrangement. The weighbridge is attributed Commonwealth Licence Number PW-0028.

Maria & Martin are the new operators of Ray Ray’s Diner, within the Caltex Service Station site.   They have updated the decor and menu and really look forward to providing a pleasurable food dining experience.

Besides the more traditional take-away and eat-in favourites they have added more cafe styled foods, coffee and juices to the menu.  In addition they also have a “daily special” blackboard menu introducing some very delicious Vietnamese styled cuisine.

Neal’s truck wash is owned and operated by Craig and Donna Neal, who, over the last 10 years they have built a reputation of one of the top commercial vehicle wash facilities in Australia. Utilising fresh water and mainly hand wash principles, maximum care and attention to detail provides great customer satisfaction

Operating hours are 7am to 5pm weekdays.  Saturday by pre booking only, from 6am to 11am.

Sydney Alloy Polishing offers extensive alloy polishing.  Specialties include polishing alloy wheels, fuel tanks, bullbars etc. Also light aluminium and steel fabrication.

Whilst security cannot be guaranteed, a large number of recording CTV cameras are located at strategic positions around the terminal site.

This system has been well proven in assisting the safe and secure operation of all activities within the site.  Recorded events can made available to police on required occasions.
